Getting back together

It has been brilliant for everyone to get back together after the Summer break for a bit of Yoga and dance – in a mainly seated position! The gardening group had a lovely visit to Wollerton Old Hall Garden with a brilliant tour by their inspiring head gardener. The lunch club met at the Upper House and the book club continues to widen our range of reading. Our annual birthday meal was the 105^th meal of Standon and Cotes Heath WI. We are so proud that our small, rural WI continues to get women  and the wider community together to make new friends and gain new experiences. Looking forward to our cinema visit to see Finding your Feet at the local 34 seater retro-ABC cinema and to supporting community events such as Remembrance Sunday, the Autumn Fayre and  the Christmas Tree Festival.
