Keeping Active in the Community

This month we have started weekly Chair Yoga - exercising together to make the most of the on-line WI Learning Hub. This is proving popular and has stretched both mind and body - Chair Yoga is certainly not an easier option! WI members have also worked together to put together a poppy display for Remembrance Sunday in Standon Church. Please a take a look and a moment to reflect. Members are also beginning to take advantage of fortnightly 3 mile walks with the local Active Living Group. Finally, we had a talk, simple exercises and useful tips on how to keep a healthy body from Dr Finn, a local Chiropractor, and his colleagues. Really looking forward to next month's activities - a Theatre Trip, wreath making, walks, Lunch Club, Book Club and making paper Christmas decorations. Certainly active!
